To Pembroke Dock
All year round Irish Ferries operate two sailings each way daily between Rosslare Europort and Pembroke Dock. The duration of the crossing is approximately four hours.
The Isle of Inishmore is the ship assigned to the Rosslare Europort to Pembroke Dock sea route and foot passengers embark and disembark the ship by courtesy bus at both ports.
The ship has a comprehensive array of onboard facilities.
Scenic offshore islands: Approaching the Pembrokeshire coast the ship sails between the offshore islands of Grassholm, Skomer and Skokholm which are nature reserves. Seabirds and sea creatures may be seen.
Information panels onboard the ship have further details about the islands.
After passing St. Ann's Head Lighthouse the ship sails up the Milford Haven Waterway. A variety of vessels are to be seen both at the jetties and underway. More information can be found on the Port of Milford Haven website.
Discount for holders of InterRail & Eurail passes:Holders of InterRail and Eurail passes can obtain a 30% discount off standard foot passenger fares provided their pass is current and valid for either (or both) Ireland and Britain.

Places to visit in Pembroke Dock
Pembroke Dock Heritage Centre is a short walk from the ferry terminal and features a Flying Boat Centre as well as maritime and military sections.

Pembroke Dock railway station is around a twenty minute walk from the ferry terminal.

A West Wales Day Ranger is available for £10.20 (adult) & £ 5.10 (child) and allows unlimited rail travel for one day (after 08.45 Mon-Fri & all day Sat, Sun & Bank Hols). The eastern limit of the ranger is Carmarthen (inclusive).The ticket may be bought from the conductor onboard the train.

The nearest bus stops are located at Melville Street (shelter in picture below & opposite it) - approximately a seven minute walk from the ferry terminal. Upon exiting the ferry terminal walk straight ahead along Admiralty Way. After walking for about 3-4 minutes there's a road junction/mini roundabout. Cross and continue straight ahead. Pass between the two large pillars (just left of the building in the photo below) and walk up this short street as indicated by the yellow arrows below. The stops are just around the corner.
Route 356 goes from the Melville Street Se-bound stop to Neyland and Milford Haven.
Route 357 goes from the Melville Street Nw-bound stop on the opposite side of the road to Pembroke.

A West Wales Rover Ticket is available for £7.50 (adult) and £4.00 (child). It is purchasable from the driver of the first bus you travel on and allows unlimited travel for that day on most local service buses in Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire. A weekly version of this ticket is also available. With the West Wales Rover one may break their journey as they please.
Route 357 goes from the Melville Street Nw-bound stop on the opposite side of the road to Pembroke.
